I love to alpine tour my local mountain, Mt Hood, using a carfree approach. I traditionally bike to a bus which delivers me to the base. Then I lock the bike and get to skiing. The Clipstic is an essential part of my kit! It lubricates and accelerates my transitions. Now, I can arrive at the bus stop exactly when the bus does! With carfree adventures, smoothing out the logistics importantly extends the adventure time and makes the whole process feel more graceful. I can strap the Clipstic to my wrist or carry it in my pocket. It just WORKS. My kit was pretty dialed-in, but now it feels pretty much *perfectly* dialed-in. And still very light. A+

I was tired trying to balance my poles, phone, etc in one arm, skis in another. I looked at many different types until I saw this one and instantly purchased. Other systems with a sling but seemed bulky…like what do I do with it when I’m ready to ski? This thing was perfect for stashing in a pocket after II’m ready to go.

I also like how it keeps my poles from moving around in the back of my SUV and how clean it looks when they are hanging in my garage. I’ll definitely be back for another one for my powder skis.

I have been using Clipstick since the beginning of the ski season, and I am incredibly happy with it!! Extremely handy for stacking your stuff in the car, an extra hand free while walking to the lift and you won't lose your poles while having lunch if you put your skis away!!
